    Chatbots typically don't support a multi-select component. Could you explain your use case in a bit more detail? I'd be glad to find a solution together!

    Hi Joachim,

    thanks for your answer. It could be useful to have a multi-select component in case the user needs to select more than one item in a list (e.g. more items in a list of countries the user visited) and different combinations of items lead to different nodes at the next steps (e.g. if the user selects 2/3/4 specific countries, the chatbot will differentiate the flows with questions on countries visited and not. Plus, it would be possible to condition the chatbot's answer according to the number of items selected).

    Is it possible to add this multi-select component somehow?

    Hi Alessandra,

    We don't have a component that can be easily used to support such a use case, but in a case like this you can use the "iframe" Action plugin to show a component in the flow of the bot that you can create yourself. You can use this iframe to send data back to the chatbot. The advantage of this is that you're very flexible in what you exactly want to show to your user. The downside is that it requires a bit more work and requires some technical expertise.
